No Ban For The Man Who Tied Dog In A Pillow Situation And Left Her By Cement Works
A 63-year-old man, who left his dog behind a cement works after tying her in a pillow situation and, has been forced to pay £600 as a fine without ban, after the investigations.
James Warner admitted about the abandoning of Lily, a terrier type who unfortunately had put to sleep, and he was sentenced at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
Warner said in interview that he believed that Lily was dead, but he wasn’t totally sure when he deliberately threw her.
But, after some days he knew that she was still alive and needed quickly treatment as she was suffering from many chronic skin conditions. And he said that an a £600 is not enough for this case.
